"I got 2 new shower hoses"
I picked up 2 new shower hoses, and let me tell ya, they’re really solid quality for a fair price, plus they come with a lengthy warranty. I knew they’d take a bit to show up, and when they finally did, they were in their untouched packaging. Can’t say much about their customer service since I didn’t have to reach out to them.

I just got my shower tray along with a full shower head and other bits. From the moment I ordered online to when my items arrived right on schedule, I’m thrilled with the quality of everything. They even gave me a courtesy call post-delivery to check if all was well. Top-notch service, and I’d definitely use them again and spread the word. Thanks a bunch!

"The Toilet Seat"
I got this loo seat for my Mum to make cleaning easier, and she’s really pleased with it. I initially placed an order and got it super quick, but there was a little hiccup with a manufacturing issue. No worries though, they sorted it out fast and sent me a flawless replacement! This is where a company shows its true colors, and British Bath Room nailed it. Thanks a bunch!

I’ve faced a few rough patches when purchasing Shaws items from other places; Bbc came through where they didn’t and got the stuff to me in one piece and right on schedule. I’d definitely suggest giving them a shot.
